Side-blown flute made of dark wood in three sections (head, body and foot), with six nickel-silver, shallow-cup keys mounted in pillars with rods. Flat steel springs attached to keys and cork paddings. Nickel-silver ferrules (one missing). Oval embouchure hole, and larger 4th and 5th fingerholes. Nominal pitch: E-flat.
