Description

Piano quatuor patenterades av Gustave Baudet 1873. Strängarna sätts i vibration av en roterande metallcylinder täckt av ett lager hartsad papier-mâché. Cylindern rör sig även i sidled vid rotation.

Piano quatuor was patented by Gustave Baudet in 1873. The strings are set in vibration by means of a metal cylinder covered with papier-mâché and rosinated. The cylinder also moves sideways on rotation.
