Description
The bow of ajaeng, according to Akhakgwebeom, is made of Chuldanhwamok((黜壇花木, a kind of tree). In the present, stripped forsythia wood, which is empty inside, is used to let the sound resonate well. However, it is not sure that the fine tree described in akhakgwebeom refers to forsythia wood.
